The visible event is usually late.
A diagnosis is late. A hallucination is late. A tax event is late. A measurement result is late. A market failure is late.
I build companies and write papers about the hidden architecture before that line.

In parallel: the Triadic Fixpoint Framework — an independent research program on quantum measurement, information, time, agency, and reasoning systems.
This is an index, not a pitch. Everything listed here exists, compiles, runs, or has been published.
The ThreadWhat ties the index together.
Companies, diseases, markets, AI reasoning, capital, physics — every domain below is read the same way. A diagnosis, a hallucination, a tax event, a measurement, a market failure: each becomes visible only after the architecture has already committed to a state.
What architecture made the state inevitable before it became visible?

Small systems built to test the research under operational constraints. Working software, not products.
LighthouseResearch OS
A sovereign research operating system. Its core claim comes straight from the TFF papers: a reasoning system without a consolidation phase will hallucinate by architectural necessity — so Lighthouse runs one. Work is queued, reasoned, verified, and then consolidated in a sleep-like phase before anything is committed to memory.

The CouncilMulti-LLM adversarial chat
Six frontier models in one structured group chat — Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, Mistral, DeepSeek. No fixed roles: open discussion constrained by analytical dimensions, with a mandatory antagonist function attached to every contribution. Each model must attack at least one claim before it may add one. Used as the standing review board for my papers.

Legacy Collector OSTCG · Non-profit
A proof-of-concept collection operating system for the European TCG collector community — card data, pricing, and portfolio in one place. Structured as a non-profit; data acquisition follows a strict four-tier model that starts with official APIs and ends with direct outreach, never the other way around.
